Corporate membership is for three members from the same company at the professional membership rate.

ENTREPRENEUR COMMUNICATOR

Open to freelancers or consultants in a communications discipline who are self-employed and have no employees.

Educational Memberships

Annually

Complimentary membership for faculty members of accredited colleges or universities who serve as official advisors to chartered and active student AWC chapters. Must meet the other guidelines for AWC Professional membership.

Open to women or men working full-time toward an undergraduate or a graduate degree and who demonstrate a commitment to a communications career. Expected graduation date and school name are required for validation.

For women or men who graduated in the past year and demonstrate a commitment to a communications career. Must have graduated from college in the past 12 months. Graduation date and school name required for validation.

For women or men who are in years two and three post graduation and demonstrate a commitment to a communications career. Graduation date and school name required for validation.



Corporate Membership

Corporate membership are for three members from the same company at the professional membership rate. Corporate memberships belong to the company. If the assigned AWC member leaves the company, the company retains that membership and can reassign it to another employee. The individual leaving the company would need to obtain an individual professional membership to continue as a member.


The Corporate Membership includes:

  • One registration to the AWC National Conference
  • Logo placement on the AWC membership page of the national website.
  • Company-wide access to the AWC webinars for company professional development.
  • No application fees for Corporate Membership changes.
  • Corporation may submit a feature story on their company for the Communique.
  • National Membership Fee: $595.00 annually for up to three (3) members. Chapter dues charged in accordance to the dues amount set by the local chapter.
